What times is the bar open?

The artwork is available to view during gallery opening hours and is activated as a fully functioning bar for specific events.

Opening Hours:
Wednesday to Sunday: 12pm – 5pm

Can I book the bar for a private event or party?

Yes Roth Bar is available to hire. Please contact our events team to enquire: events@durslade.co.uk

Is the bar accessible?

All areas throughout the site are accessible for wheelchair users, including disabled toilets. The car park has designated spaces for wheelchair parking, providing easy access to Roth Bar.

Is there a car park?

There is a free car park on-site where guests can park during opening hours.

Is public transport available?

Bruton station is under a 10 minute walk away from the site. From the train station turn left up the hill and follow the gravel footpath and signs to Hauser & Wirth Somerset.

Are there electric car chargers?

Yes, we have electric charging available on-site throughout the day. This costs 60p per KWH.

Who created the bar?

The bar was designed by Oddur Roth in his residency at Hauser and Wirth from January – March 2024. Learn more about the art at Roth Bar.
